DÎNER AMICAL AT GUSTO NORTH

We had the honour of hosting the Manitoba chapter of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs for their first dîner amical at Gusto North of the season—a celebrated gathering of culinary enthusiasts dedicated to the art of fine dining.

The evening brought together members of this prestigious international gastronomic society for an elegant and thoughtfully curated experience in the heart of downtown.

The six-course menu was crafted by our incredibly talented culinary team, led by Executive Chef Jesse Friesen, with the support of Chef de Cuisine Sara Kay and Pastry Chef Justine McDonald. Each dish was a testament to the creativity, technique, and passion that defines our kitchen. Guests may have also recognized familiar faces from across our hospitality family, including Chef de Cuisine Tyson Liebrecht of Pizzeria Gusto and Sous Chef Mark Cesar Sarmiento of The Merchant Kitchen, who contributed their expertise to this special evening.

We are beyond proud of our team for delivering a truly unforgettable experience—one that reflected the spirit and standards of the Chaîne.
